Company History

Begun in the basement of owner Jim Sealy, Sr.'s Virginia home in 1988, The Next Generation (known then as LaserWorks) opened when laser printer repair was a new industry. With a lot of hard work and uniquely personalized service for all his customers, the business quickly outgrew his basement. The company name was changed in 1994 when Jim's son, Jim Jr. joined the team, followed soon after by his other son Scott. Today Scott and his wife Aimee, along with Jim Sr. and Lou Ellmore continue to provide an unmatched level of service to all our customers, some of whom have been with us since our days in the basement.
