The Autostock Program
If you have ever been in the midst of printing a big presentation when you realize that you've run out of toner and don't have a replacement, then the Autostock Program is for you. The Next Generation will conduct a free site survey to establish your technology supply needs. Once we've worked together to agree on a stock level for toners, one of our Account Coordinators will visit you as often as necessary to make sure you have what you need. Your toner will be inventoried to determine if you require any product. If so, your order is automatically placed. The items are then delivered, dated and rotated by a member of our team. We'll even remove all of your empty toner cartridges and recycle them. Avoid any "toner emergencies" by signing up for the Autostock Program today!

 

Service Contracts
A Service Contract with The Next Generation is the best way to keep your office equipment in prime condition. With a Service Contract you'll be entitled to a guaranteed response time of eight business hours or less. You parts and labor are covered, so you know your repair costs up front.
